Attendance:

An 80% attendance rate is required, meaning no more than one missed class per month. Replays are available but won't capture the full experience of being live. Communication is key if life circumstances make attendance difficult.

Punctuality:

Show up on time so the group can ground in together. A few minutes of grace period is allowed, but punctuality is expected.

Confidentiality:

What happens in the group stays in the group — no exceptions, regardless of whether other people know the participants involved. The goal is a pristinely safe container for vulnerability.

Vulnerability & Integrity: Living in integrity is an expectation that extends beyond the container and into everyday life. Vulnerability is modeled and encouraged as a core practice.

Teaching Philosophy: This is not a homework or handouts container. The work is embodied rather than intellectual — less mind, more body. Sessions are spirit-led, meaning divine guidance takes precedence over a fixed agenda while still holding a shared intention and direction.

Conflict with Ingrid:

She commits to showing up without ego and following up if she thinks she's inadvertently triggered someone. She asks participants to do the same — reach out directly rather than letting things fester.

Conflict between classmates:

No trash-talking other members to other members, no factions. If something can't be resolved independently using the tools learned in the group, bring it to Ingrid, who is willing to facilitate mediation.

WhatsApp group:

A group chat will be set up for between-session support, accountability, and exercises once Ingrid's US phone clears customs.

General ethos:

Integrity in the container and in life is non-negotiable, and the expectation is that everyone shows up as their full, honest self.
